Transparency in a relationship

  If asked a question of what one expects from their partner, it's probably loyalty and transparency. But what is transparency in general, you might think for a literal meaning it being as open as possible to your partner. Telling them how your day went, every secret, every concern, and miscomforts you possess. What if I tell you it's not the case – that this factor of a relationship is is not as simple as the word itself. Overall, studies find that positive connection and intimacy grow from being transparent about what's inside of you, but not from making negative judgments about your partner and focusing on them in your communication. Radical transparency can be painful, perhaps relationship-threatening. Yes, being as much as “Transparent” to the extent that ridiculing your partner is not a big deal to you, is just not right.
